“Mamã África” event aims to celebrate African culture
The “Mamã África” Event comes in full force with a rich program to celebrate and share African culture.
On June 9th, you can watch the documentary “Cesária Évora”, by Ana Sofia Fonseca, at 4 pm, and the film “O Grande Kilapy” by Zezé Gam, at 6 pm, at Cinema São Jorge.
On June 11th, at the Capitol, there will be, from 11:00 am to 7:45 pm: DJ Afro, African Culture Fair and Flavors Gastronomic Tour. At 4:30 pm: Moms Amade Mozambique; 5:00 pm: Amália Costa Guinea Bissau; 9:00 pm: Maria Alice Cape Verde and, at 10:30 pm: Karyna Gomes Guinea Bissau
